How does the tipping round name generator work?

The generator combines words from style-specific word banks (football jargon, dialect, humour) into 2–3-word combinations. Everything runs in the browser — no server, no AI, no signup required.

Can I generate names in Austrian dialect?

Yes! Select the "Österreichisch" style — you'll get names like "Gurkerl-Partie" or "Die Narrischen Wuzler". The word bank uses authentic Viennese Schmäh and dialect football vocabulary.

Are the generated names unique?

Each style has over 200 unique combinations. The last 20 generated names are skipped so you never see the same one twice in a row. A specific name can be reproduced via the ?seed= URL parameter.

Do the generated names work for Kicktipp too?

Yes, the names are platform-independent — they work just as well for Kicktipp as for tiptilldone, Superbru or any Excel sheet. Just generate, copy, paste. If you want to move your Kicktipp round to tiptilldone, there's a free migration tool.

Can I use the generated name directly?

Yes — click "Create round →" and the name is automatically pre-filled into the round name field on tiptilldone. You can still edit it before creating the round.
