Co-founder of tiptilldone. Operations, outreach, editorial review. Bilingual German/English, Slovenian heritage — the reason the platform opens in three languages from day one.
Maja is the co-founder of tiptilldone.com, the football-tipping platform launching for FIFA World Cup 2026. While Leo Brunnhofer handles the technical build, Maja owns the human side of the operation: customer relationships, sponsor outreach, journalist contact, community moderation, and the editorial review pass that every piece of content passes before it ships.
She's bilingual German and English, with Slovenian heritage — the strategic reason tiptilldone launches in three languages on day one. Slovenia was a deliberate market choice rather than a translation afterthought: it's an EU member state with a similar GDPR compliance surface to Germany and Austria, it shares cultural football heritage with DACH (many Slovenes follow Austrian or German football), and the platform vocabulary in Slovenian had to be carefully constructed to stay clear of any gambling-adjacent terminology (the platform uses "krog" and "napoved" — round and prediction — and never "stava" or "stavnica").
Maja's editorial discipline is what keeps tiptilldone's voice consistent across 40+ blog posts, 48 team profile pages, 72 match preview articles, weekly newsletters, and three languages. She runs the human review on every AI-generated draft, the cultural-fit check on every piece of marketing copy, and the friendly-not-corporate tone-pass on every customer email. Her test for whether content is on-brand: would this work at a Wiener Stammtisch? If yes, ship.
In the lead-up to launch, Maja is leading DACH journalist outreach (Austria, Germany, Switzerland), reactivating the 115-user cohort from the 2016-2018 platform, and managing the sponsor pipeline for V1 partnerships.
Available for interviews in German, English, or Slovenian. Direct contact: maja@tiptilldone.com.
